1.Avermectin has stomach poisoning and touch-killing effects on mites and insects, and cannot kill eggs. The mechanism of action is different from general insecticides in that it interferes with neurophysiological activities and stimulates the release of γ-aminobutyric acid, which has an inhibitory effect on nerve conduction in arthropods. Mite adults, worm and insect larvae show paralysis symptoms after contact with avermectin, and do not move or feed, and die after 2 to 4 days. Because it does not cause rapid dehydration of insects, the lethal effect of abamectin is slow. Although avermectin Chemicalbook has direct touching effect on predatory insects and parasitic natural enemies, it has little damage to beneficial insects because there is little residue on the plant surface. Abamectin is not moved by soil adsorption and decomposed by microorganisms in the soil, so it has no cumulative effect in the environment and can be used as an integral part of integrated control. It is easy to prepare and can be used by pouring the preparation into water with a little stirring. It is also safe for crops and no damage will occur when used according to the method introduced. Applicable crops: vegetables, citrus, cotton, etc

2.Avermectin is a class of sixteen-membered macrolide compounds with insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal activities first developed by Tomo Omura et al. of Kitasato University, Japan and Merck, USA, and produced by the fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis in Streptomyces griseus. Natural abamectin contains 8 components, mainly 4 namely A1a, A2a, B1a and B2a, whose total content is ≥ 80%; the corresponding 4 congeners with smaller proportions are A1bChemicalbook, A2b, B1b and B2b, whose total content is ≤ 20%. Currently commercially available avermectin pesticide is abamectin as the main insecticidal component (AvermectinB1a + B1b, of which B1a is not less than 90%, B1b does not exceed 5%), to the content of B1a to calibrate. Since 1991, the pest extermination (abamectin) into China’s pesticide market, avermectin pesticides in China’s pest control system occupies a more important position.
