Introduction to theMK677 is a non-peptide oral growth hormone that stimulates GH release through receptors in the pituitary and hypothalamus different from the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptors. MK677 drug acts as an orally effective growth stimulating hormone secretion that mimics the effects of GH stimulating endogenous hormones.
